About the project
For Eurail Group,
I conducted a 3-month in-depth study of the Interrail App experience across Europe, with a particular focus on remote areas.
Building on my findings, I designed a forward-looking scenario and developed a high-fidelity app mockup to enhance the user experience.

Divided in 3 strategic axis, the project explored the future of the App.
Axis 1 : a Participative Community.
Sharing informations and connecting with each other, Interrailers build their common identity through a proximity-activated chat and a participative map.
Axis 2 : Optimized Information
Facilitating user's access to informations through ergonomic simplification and profile-targeted notifications.

Accessing online MOOCs assessed by European Universities, downloading them when approaching a no-signal zone.
Axis 3 : Enhanced experience
Providing a more accurate help by integrating services like seat reservation and pass purchase.
Diversifying services to a chatbot, a shop and a learntertainment section etc.
